Returns
In the event that you need to return a product to us, you must follow our returns process, failure to do so will result in your return being rejected.
The returns process:
1. Contact us via our support page , with as much information as possible relating to your return.
2. Carefully package the item, if you are returning a bike it MUST be in its orignal cardboard carton.
3. Remember to include details of the fault with your return, including name, address, contact number and customer reference number if you have one.
4. We will then issue with a returns reference number and arrange collection of the item from you at a convenient time.
5. We will let you know once we receive the package and advise on your repair/replacement.
